Timothy Pritts was the principal and founder of NorthEnd Mortgage but is longer employed at NorthEnd Mortgage.

Mr. Pritts has an impressive track record of success in business. Starting off in sales Mr. Pritts consistently ranked in the top percentile of all performers. At the age of 27, Mr. Pritts was recruited and named President & CEO of an Atlanta subsidiary of a European based sales and distribution organization. Mr. Pritts oversaw all aspects of the US operations and restructured the previously struggling company. Over his 5-year tenure Mr. Pritts brought the company to record levels of profitability and doubled both the revenues and size of the organization.

Mr. Pritts then moved on to take an executive role with an Atlanta based finance company. This Atlanta based firm was a funding company that purchased and securitized various types of assets. Mr. Pritts established and launched a new division for this company and helped secure a $250M warehouse line of credit in the process for a new financial asset. Mr. Pritts was invited to sit on several trade Boards and quickly became known as an industry expert in his area being invited to speak at various seminars on this new asset class.

Mr. Pritts also has executive level experience in the venture capital arena and e-business market. As a real estate investor himslef, Mr. Pritts has extensive knowledge of the real estate and private financing markets.
