We now offer a Real Estate Land Fund called the Prospera Land Fund which looks very interesting (we also have an Oil, Energy, Gold and Medical Fund you can ask about seperately).
This is an opportunity that is being offered to accredited and/or experienced investors and this fund has already been underwritten, approved, insured and re insured.  This offer is not available to the general public but I am registered and authorized to make this offering to you and others.
This offering should yield higher returns than your traditional investment accounts, IRA's and 401(k)'s; this insured offering should create significant, safe returns.

Our investment bonds are not interest rate driven.  The 6% and 12% investment bonds are guaranteed annual percentages that you will receive in addition to your investment as well as the 20-25% anticipated total return or the 10% bonus on principle after the 12 – 48 month term.  You receive class B preferred shares which entitles you to profit participation.  Our bonds are insured and held in trust withOlympia Trust and re insured by Lloyds of London.  You can opt for the 6% bond, the 12% bond or a blend of the two.  
 
We have three INVESTMENT OPTIONS:
 
A. Basic Structure
- 401(k), IRA, RRSP, RIF(retirement income fund), RESP, Corporate and Cash
- Minimum investment $25,000
- 6% Bond per annum,
- Profits sharing at the end of project which is spousal transferable, 20- 25%+ anticipated annual rate of returns outside the RRSP returns
- Timeframe varies per project between 12– 48 months
 
B. Loan Investment
- Minimum $25,000 cash
- 12% Bond paid quarterly with a 10% bonus on principle at the end of project
- Term varies per project 12-48 months
 
C. Bundle Investment – Self Carrying
- Minimum $50,000 line of credit
- 50% into Basic Structure and 50% into Loan Investment
- Loan Investment covers personal line of credit interest
- Basic Structure Investment and bonus from Loan Investment, costs you nothing except borrowing power!
- Timeframe varies per project between 12– 48 months
 
 
The fund is called the Prospera Land Fund and it is a real estate development company with offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Phoenix that specializes in residential and commercial land development projects in Alberta, British Columbia and the western United States.  The fund is buying land at deep discounts from banks and struggling, smaller developers then finalizing the development of the land and selling the developed land to other developers to finish the build out of project. Prospera's team has been successfully involved in land deals in western Canada, Ontario and Arizona for more then 25 years. Their impressive track record and reputation has enabled them to attract lucrative land projects.
 
To date, the Prospera team has developed over 1,000 residential units, and been involved in over 200 projects and has invested over $35,000,000 in private equity. Currently, the group has more then ten active, and fully funded, land development projects under way in Western Canada and Arizona with a total hard asset value of $60,000,000.
 
If your current investments are bringing a 6% guarantee with a 20-25% return or a 12% guarantee with a 10% bonus on principle you probably will not be interested in making any changes except to hopefully add this offering to your investment portfolio.  However, if your investments are not generating this type of return, I hope you will take advantage of this offering.
 
 
Bare land, bought well below market value, has a high probability to retain its value and investing in developing and re selling this land with experienced professionals offers high upside with limited risk.  
Individual investors are typically limited to buying end product investment units such as single family homes or condo and are not typically offered opportunities to directly invest into land where most of the value and returns are created.
